Women for Women's Human Rights (WWHR) - NEW WAYS


Women for Women's Human Rights (WWHR) - NEW WAYS - is an independent women's NGO founded in 1993 with the aim of promoting women's human rights on the national, regional, and international levels. Through a decade of activism, advocacy and lobbying, WWHR - NEW WAYS has contributed significantly to legal reforms in Turkey, promotion of sexual rights in Muslim societies and the advancement of women's human rights at the UN level.

WWHR also acts as the international coordination office for the Coalition for Sexual and Bodily Rights in Muslim Societies (CSBR), a network of 45 organisations from 16 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and South and South East Asia.
